It is easier to be good than available. I need to improve on being more available to help people even if it means interrupting my day.

Accurate Forecasting that’s what we need to run a business. In 3 steps- Have a nose to nose conversation with the salesperson to get accurate feedback on 1)The probability the opportunity will close 2) Projected Revenue and 3) Timeframe.  No fluff just candid feedback.

I wish listening to a well known preacher today and she said, “We don’t need another wishbone we need a backbone.”  I could not agree more with her assessment.

When meeting anyone for the first time I always like to ask Where did you grow up? It really helps me get to know the other person.

How many people love you? This is something I am pondering today. I would like to try and increase the amount of people who truly love me by loving them more.
